What is your cancellation policy?

We do charge for the full service if less than a 24 hour notice

What happens if I'm running late?

You might need to reschedule + $30 late fee will apply

Can I bring my kids or guests with me to my appointment?

For safety and spacing reasons, we do not have space for extra guests.

Do you require a deposit to book?

No deposit, but a card on file is required to book. 

What is your no-show policy?

Full service charge will be applied to the card on file.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Card, Tap, Apple Pay

A new guest custom color is al around the best and safest option to book your first appointment with us.

How long does a color appointment usually take?

3-5 hours

how often should i come in for maintenance?

Every 6-12 weeks depending on the service.

do you offer consultations?

Yes! Consultations are free. A color correction pricing is $100/hr. 

Can I share my membership with someone else?

Yes! As long as it is booked under your name.

What happens if i miss a month?

Memberships do not roll over!

What types of extensions do you offer?

Beaded row extensions 

Do i need a consultation before getting extensions?

Not in person! If you want, we can but a text consultation will work as well.

can i host a private event or party at the salon?

Yes! we do hairstylists for events. We can recommend you makeup artists.
